Discover

3–5 days

We send you a written brief questionnaire.

You fill it in at your own pace — no rush.

We read it, ask follow-up questions by email.

We schedule a 60-minute kickoff call.

Deliverable

Project brief document + fixed quote in writing.

Design

1–3 weeks (scope dependent)

We build in Figma — wireframes first, then visual design.

You receive a Figma link and leave feedback directly.

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard.

More rounds if needed — we don't close the design phase until it's right.

Deliverable

Approved Figma files for every screen and state.

Build

2–6 weeks (scope dependent)

We build in code against the approved Figma designs.

Weekly progress updates by email — always on Friday.

Staging environment set up for you to test in a real browser.

We flag blockers early. No surprises on delivery day.

Deliverable

Tested, deployed staging site ready for your sign-off.

Launch

1–2 days

We move to production when you give the go-ahead.

We monitor for 48 hours post-launch.

Any issues that come up are fixed immediately.

30-day support window begins from launch day.

Deliverable

Live production site + 30 days of included post-launch support.

Your responsibilities

What we need from you.

Projects work best when both sides are clear on their role. Here's what we need to do our best work.

Timely feedback

We set feedback deadlines together before the project starts. Typically 5 business days per review round. Delays here extend the timeline.

Brand assets

Logos, fonts, existing brand guidelines, photography — anything we need to build with. We'll send a checklist before we start.

Account access

Access to relevant tools and accounts: hosting, domain registrar, existing CMS, Shopify admin, analytics. Read-only is fine for most things.

A single point of contact

One person on your side who can give us decisions. Multiple reviewers with conflicting feedback slow everything down.
