1. Controller

Rytcher, Eslöv, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@rytcher.com.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, email address, company name, and message content. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the agreed services. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) for the initial enquiry; contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) once a project agreement is signed.

We do not collect data for any other purpose and we do not use tracking cookies or behavioural analytics.

3. Data processors

Your contact form submissions are transmitted via Formspree (formspree.io, US — covered by Standard Contractual Clauses). The website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com, US — covered by Standard Contractual Clauses). No other third parties receive your data.

4. International transfers

Formspree and Vercel process data in the US. Both have entered into EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with their customers, providing an appropriate safeguard for transfers outside the EEA under GDPR Chapter V.

5. Retention

Enquiry data (contact form submissions) is retained for 12 months, then deleted. Project-related data (contracts, invoices, project files) is retained for 7 years in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (bokföringslagen). You may request earlier deletion — see Section 6.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased where there is no overriding legal basis to retain it; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing; restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se or by post: Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The contact form may set a functional session cookie required to submit the form. This cookie is strictly necessary and does not require your consent under the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (LEK).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our processing activities change. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
